RSVP’s along with your dinner selections will be requested when the formal invitations are sent.

Due to venue restrictions, our wedding has limited capacity. We can only include those specifically listed on the invitation.

While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that only the children in the wedding party will be in attendance of our ceremony and reception.

We appreciate your understanding and you making arrangements ahead of time to leave the kids at home so you can celebrate with us and to allow our guests, including other parents, a night of relaxation.

Our wedding venue has a strict policy prohibiting leaving your vehicle on site overnight. Please plan accordingly. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and plan accordingly.

The Rehearsal Dinner

The Embassy Suites offers guests staying at the hotel daily complementary refreshments in the lobby of the hotel (including two drink tickets) as part of a daily hospitality happy hour. The hotel’s happy hour is from 5:00-6:30 PM daily.

Michelle & Rhett plan to be available to greet their out of town guests during the hotels hospitality hour until it is time to start the rehearsal dinner.

If you miss us during the hotel’s hospitality happy hour, Michelle and Rhett would be delighted to greet our out of town guests at the bar on the first floor of the Embassy Suites after the rehearsal dinner has concluded, but will not be able to stay out too late. Our wedding day starts early the next morning, and we will need to get some beauty sleep before the big day.
